Copies of any correspondence between the Department and RTÉ regarding the appearance by Minister Paschal Donohoe on any radio or TV programme to discuss Budget 2017. Copies of any text messages/emails between Mr Donohoe's press or special advisers and RTÉ relating to the above which were sent using departmental phones or work/private email addresses.
