Galway City Council

I am requesting all records of communication between the Galway City Council and the Galway Diocesan Trustees, pertaining specifically to the Cúl Trá halting site in Salthill, between the dates January 1st 2017 and January 1st 2018. The request is for records to include – but not limited to: internal and external correspondence, minutes of meetings, notes or memos in relation to discussions or telephone calls. I would like to receive the records electronically and preferably in their original formatting.
