(i) A copy of the Consent given by Minister O'Donoghue to FOI ACT 2014 (Exempted Public Bodies) Order 2015; (ii) copies of all correspondence both internal and to and from the Department including correspondence to and from the Minister(s) in relation to the Shannon Group’s inclusion in that consent; (iii) copy of any Strategic Review of the heritage activities and functions of the Shannon Group, in particular Shannon Heritage, received in 2014 - 2016 along with any correspondence, specification and/or request in relation to same.
