I would like to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act of 2014 for details on two proposals to build a metro in Dublin in early 2002 from the Fluor Corporation and Mitsui (a Japanese construction company). I understand that both companies submitted proposals in 2002 but this may contain commercially sensitive information that may not be covered under the act.
