I refer to the above property and to a sale thereof (by way of property ownership or otherwise including but not limited to indirect means of sale as transfer of loan/associated 21-116 Business/ Interest Group security and/or transfer of company shares or similar), which I believe occurred on or after 1 Refused January 2016. I believe that vendor (or equivalent) was NAMA however it may have been still within the ownership of a debtor whose loans(s) were held by NAMA Pursuant to Section 11 of the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I hereby make a request for access to all records held by the Department of Finance pertaining to this sale.
