For the period 1 August 2018 to 13 August 2019 to include: - Copies of all correspondence sent and/or received between the Department and the European Commission on all of the matters referred to within the TSG Paper 19/09 - Minutes of all meetings held where these issues were referred to including meetings held with the European Commission and internal meetings within the Department that discussed these issues - Briefing Notes made of any nature where these issues were referred to, (notes of telephone conversations that discussed these issues) even if the note is only for file purposes and all records sent and/or received by the Minister and/or any Special advisors in respect of these issues - Copies of all texts sent and/or received where these issues were referred to
