Tipperary County Council

I would like a copy of any records held by the County Council in relation to plans to acquire land in Glengarriff outside of Thurles for sporting or GAA use. The land I am referring to is adjacent to what is now called Coolmore Morris Park. I would like a copy of any records relating to council interaction with local politicians, GAA representatives and the land owners of Carrigan's farm, who I understand are connected to Coolmore/ John Magnier, in relation to the use of these lands. I am seeking any records from 2020 to date that the council holds relating the use or potential use of these lands in the townland of Glengarriff. I would like any records relating to council consideration of seeking a compulsory purchase order to acquire these lands. For clarity's sake, much of this land was last year said to have been transferred over to Tipperary GAA for the construction of a new training centre. I believe the requested records should be released in the public interest due to concerns about what the land was to be used for and what actions the council was taking to secure the land.
