Please provide me with all documentation/information relating to the Minister for Foreign Affairs' attendance at the meeting on Wednesday 20 December 2023, which was convened by EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs Josep Borrell, to include any motions placed before Member States and the manner in which Ireland voted at that meeting.
