In accordance with Section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act, 2014 I request access to all non-personal records relating to the decision (as set out in S.I. No. 295/2008 - Occupational Pension Schemes (Funding Standard)(Amendment) Regulations, 2008) to discontinue the exclusion of the ‘An Post Main Superannuation Scheme, 1990’ from the provisions of part IV of the Pensions Act, 1990. I would prefer to receive copies of the records electronically.
