1. Copies of all correspondence between the Department and named person (or her assistants) in her capacity as independent expert for this review, on or after 01 March 2022; 2. Copies of all correspondence between the Department and third parties relating to the review, on or after 01 March 2022; and 3. Copies of all briefing materials, memos, minutes, draft and final proposals, and any other intra-Departmental correspondence concerning the review, on or after 01 March 2022.
