This should include but is not limited to any correspondence with local authorities or minutes of any meetings with local authorities in relation to pledged accommodation; any correspondence with the City and County Managers Association or minutes of any meetings with the City and County Managers Association in relation to pledged accommodation; any correspondence with other departments or agencies or minutes of any meetings with other departments or agencies in relation to pledged accommodation; any internal departmental correspondence on this issue; any other relevant material.
