Under the freedom of Information Act 2014, I am submitting a request for the following information: • Record(s) that demonstrates the number of surveillance devices/systems(whichever is most practical) utilized by your Council for (a) traffic management purposes, (b) for waste enforcement purposes and ( c) the number of community CCTV schemes the Council participates in, as well as (d) the number of CCTV systems operated for any other purpose other than those listed above. • I am also requesting a copy of the current Data Protection Impact Assessments on file for each CCTV system operated by the council (including CCTV systems in council buildings). • Please also direct me to your council's CCTV code of practice/policy as I have not been able to locate it online.
