I wish to make a request for any text messages sent by Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade, Simon Harris, to a Signal chat group of the EU foreign ministers, administered by High Representative Kaja Kallas, since 1 December 2024. I notice that the European External Action Service has acknowledged the existence of this group chat, and considers that its messages fall under the scope of the EU's transparency law, Regulation 1049/2001
