Who undertook a Tier 1 Risk Assessment on the historical landfill sites in Waterstown Sallins ie Waterstown 1 and 2; when was it undertaken; supply a copy of the assessment; how much more waste was taken onto this 40 acres site between 26th July 1983 and when the site was capped in 1993 and why was the possibility of methane gas travelling through the gravel deposits not considered when the Tier 1 Risk Assessment was being undertaken.
