I would be obliged if you could furnish me with the following information in relation to the operation of the Civil Service Code of Discipline Circular 19/2016 in the Department of Justice. 1. Total number of Civil Servants in your Department. 2. How many disciplinary meetings have taken place in your Department between 1 January and 31 December 2024. 3. Breakdown of each grade who attended a disciplinary meeting in your Department between 1 January and 31 December 2024. 4. Number of Civil Servants (between 1 January and 31 December 2024) in your Department where a decision was made by the Relevant Manager to transfer the Civil Servant following a Dignity at Work Investigation and subsequent Disciplinary meeting. 5. Number of Civil Servants (between 1 January and 31 December 2024) in your Department where a decision was made by the Relevant Manager to transfer the Civil Servant following a Disciplinary meeting. 6. Number of Civil Servants placed off duty with pay under the provisions of Section 3.2.16 of the Civil Service Disciplinary Code between 1 January and 31 December 2024. 7. Number of Civil Servants in your Department where a decision was made under Section 3.2.16 (Protective Measures) to (1) Reassign the civil servant to other duties; (2) Provide an appropriate level of supervision or oversight from 1 January to 31 December 2024. 8. Number of Civil Servants reverted to their previous rank arising from their failure of the “probation on promotion” process since 1 January 2021. 9. Number of Civil Servants dismissed during their probationary period following promotion to a higher rank since 1 January 2021.
