Correspondence sent and received, by Minister of State Hildegarde Naughton, related to the European Commission and smoky food flavourings, including but not limited to correspondence from Red Flag Consulting and Kerry Group, between 1st January and 13th September 2024 On point one I am okay with it being limited to emails, once that includes letters sent electronically, as external bodies are likely to write to the Minister via letter. On point two the request is about the European Commission's move to phase out certain smoky flavourings, so one subject matter On point 3 I would not wish to limit it, as there may be other bodies who have lobbied the Minister of State on this, and the scope of the request in relation to the topic proposed is incredibly narrow, so if there is correspondence from other organisations or companies not named, I imagine the relevant unit would be aware of them.
