Please indicate the overall percentage of employees rated 'acceptable' / 'satisfactory' and those rated 'unsatisfactory' / 'unacceptable'. I also wish to request, under FoI, a breakdown by Department / Agency, if available, including a breakdown of the ratings for the Department of Public Expenditure & Reform.
