Request sought: - a record of how much has been paid out in redundancy to departing members of staff at Nama in the period 1 June 2020 to 31 Dec 2021. - an anonymised list of each member of staff that has departed Nama in that period with details of the amount of redundancy paid to each in bands e.g. 0-€10k, €10k-€20k, €20k-€30k, €30k-€50k, €50k-€75k, €75k- €100k, €100k+ - a record of how much has been paid out in "garden leave" to departing members of Nama staff in that period. - an anonymised list of each member of Nama staff placed on "garden leave" in the same period with details of the amount paid to each in bands as above. - a record of how much has been paid out in performance related payments to Nama staff in the above period. - an anonymised list of each member of staff in receipt of a performance related payment in the same period with details of the amount paid to each in bands as above.
