I would like to make an FOI request for the following to cover the period of September, 2022 to present. Following the release of the final report by the Commission on The Status of People with Disabilities dubbed the National Disability Inclusion Strategy 2017-2021 (extended to 2022) brought forth some proposals to ensure inclusion of People Living with Disability in accessing public transport. In this regard, I would like to request copies of the following documents; Minutes for the Transport Working Group held on 6th September, 2022 and 8th December, 2022. Any internal emails and correspondence from the Minister and the Disabled Drivers and Disabled Passengers Scheme sub group in relation to accessibility to public transport. Briefings to Ministers in-charge of this action. Any other document/correspondence in regards to future proposals on the National Disability Inclusion Strategy, 2017-2022.
