Request Reference Under the Credit Reporting Act 2013 there are certain definitions of an offence for failing to submit accurate information to the central bank, in some cases punishable by prison. My questions are: 1. How many reports of incorrect information have been made to the Central Bank of Ireland since the enactment of the Act in 2013?
