Health Information and Quality Authority (HIQA)

XXXXX following a HIQA inspection on the 18-19 November 2014 the HIQA inspector notified the local fire authority that there was an issue with fire exits in xx nursing home building. I would like access to all written records between HIQA and the Fire Authority.
