Under the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I would like to request the following;1. The number plate of each Bus Eireann bus servicing Route 32 (Letterkenny - Dublin; Dublin - Letterkenny), the service history of each bus, the CVRT date of each bus - with indication of pass or fail, the number of complaints received for the route, the average response time to complaints received, the amount of refunds given, the number of accidents/faults experienced, the amount of revenue lost due to faulty equipment/bus not operational, the punctuality rate reaching end destination, the wheelchair accessibility of each bus, the number of times the airport stop has been bypassed due to the bus leaving Bus Aras full.2. The number plate of each Bus Eireannbusservicing Route 64 (Derry - Galway; Galway - Derry), the service history of each bus, the CVRT date of each bus with indication of pass or fail, the number of complaints received for the route, the average response time to complaints received, the amount of refunds given, the number of accidents/faults experienced, the amount of revenue lost due to faulty equipment, the punctuality rate at reaching end destination, the wheelchair accessibility of each bus.I would like records for the period 1 September 2018 - 31 August 2019.
