Concerning Section 22, subsection (6) of the Harbours Bill, 2015, which reads "A person shall not serve as a director of a transferred company for a period that is longer than 10 years in total", information is sought as to why the Department was inserted into the bill, who sought its inclusion and what the results of any impact analysis of the new regulations were.
