Request for records relating to the current Contract for PSO Air Services Routes between Dublin and Donegal and between Dublin and Kerry: (1) to complete tendering dossier issued by the Department; (2) all questions/queries raised by potential Tender applicants; (3) all additional information provided to potential Tender applicants from the day of the invitation to tender to the date of the deadline for Tender Applications; (4) confirmation of the number of Tender Applications received and the name of the Applicants; (5) copies of all Tender Applications received; (6) all documentation relating to the review of the Tender Applications and the selection of the successful Tender Applicant/Applicants; (7) copies of all documents/records relating to variations between the original Tender Application/Applications of the successful Tender Applicant/Applicants and the final Contract/Contracts to include negotiation of the final financial Terms and the final Contract/Contracts; (8) a copy of the final Contract/Contracts; (9) copies of all monthly/regular Reports submitted to the Department by the successful Tender Applicant/Applicants since the Contract/Contracts began; and (10) copies of all correspondence between the Department and the successful Tender Applicant/Applicants since the Contract/Contracts began; finally, the Request relating, as the Requester states, to Tender Applications for each of the routes on a stand-alone basis and/or Applications for both routes on a combined basis
