1. A list of all members and staff who travelled to the Czech Republic and Poland as part of the official visit for St Patrick’s Day in March this year. 2. The itinerary for each member of the delegation if there were differing itineraries for the members of the delegation. 3. Copies of all invoices/receipts associated with the trip to include flights, hotel, subsistence, car hire, translation, internal travel and gifts. 4. Records relating to any special arrangements made for members of the delegation including travel in Ireland
