Copies (in soft copy format) of all records and/or environmental information held and/or under the control of the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine, its elected members, legal advisors, technical advisors and/or any of its service providers, relating to Bradan Beo Teoranta's application of 6 March 2017 for funding under the Sustainable Aquaculture Development Scheme 2014-2020 (the "Application"), including but not limited to any records and/ or environmental information relating to both the initial decision dated 5 March 2019 and decision on appeal dated 26 June 2023. The documents sought shall include, but not be limited to; (a) any documents relating to the Application and appeal, including minutes, correspondence and all documents / information considered by the project approvals board in their decisions of 5 March 2019 and 26 June 2023; (b) minutes of the meeting of the project approvals board which took place on 1 June 2023, at which the appeal in the aforementioned application was refused; (c) The composition of the project approvals board on the following dates; (i) 8 March 2019; (ii) 1 June 2023. The records and/or environmental information sought should include, at a minimum, the following: (iii) letters; (iv) emails; (v) memorandums; (vi) typed or handwritten notes of meetings/ telephone conversations; (vii) minutes of meetings/ teleconferences; (viii) text or instant messaging, including WhatsApp messages; (ix) reports; (x) documents; (xi) correspondence (both internal and external); and any drafts of the above items at (i)- (x).
