This Action Plan incorporates specific actions which will enable the expanded provision of shared mobility services, including bikes, e-bikes, e-scooters, and cars, as well as the growth of mobility hubs bringing together multiple shared modes.

The forthcoming transposition of EU Directive 2023/2661 on the framework for the deployment of Intelligent Transport Systems in the field of road transport and for interfaces with other modes of transport and the Connected and Automated Vehicle Strategy, both anticipated in 2026, will support the development of smart and integrated mobility in line with SMP Goal 10: Promote smart and integrated mobility through innovative technologies and development of appropriate regulation.
