2.3 Delayed

In total, 28 actions have passed their deadline as set out in the Plan but are not yet fully complete. While all of these actions have progressed and several have completed most of the proposed outputs set out in the Action Plan, further progress is required to fully deliver them.

Additionally, the development of Local Transport Plans (LTPs) has been moved to delayed (Action 77). It is anticipated that LTPs will be commenced for two further Key Towns in 2026.

Out of the 15 actions where a delay was anticipated from the previous Progress Report, 14 have been moved to delayed with Action 8 having been moved to complete.
