I revise my scope as: - I request all information including memos, emails, reports, phone calls, staff notes of meetings and conversations, submissions from Councillors and details of any lobbying, etc., and any other communication between planning officials and other employees of Leitrim County Council including management, executives, and any other stakeholders and local landowners regarding the removal of these trees. - The legal basis for the removal of said mature trees including any internal and external legal opinion sought on the matter. - I request copies of all communications including memos, emails, reports, phone calls, staff notes of meetings and conversations, with ARUP, Roscommon County Council, Roscommon NRRO, TII, The Department of Transport and other bodies connected with the "Carrick Dromod Bypass" Project in connection with the decision to remove these trees. - I request a copy of the Environmental Impact Assessment for the removal of these trees or confirmation that one was not completed.

Application 21/110, to the erection of a 100m mast at Boleyboy, Co Leitrim. This project is associated with a proposed development of Lissinagroagh Windfarm therefore the entire documents of the 21110 Application be available to the public. While the Planning Application was deemed to be withdrawn, the Planning Section deemed that the Environmental Impact Assessment Report was not sufficient. The Planning Section decision, and, grounds to deny the application, was originally included in Leitrim County Council, Planning Section’s EPlan-Online Planning Search, but this file stating the decision to deny and the grounds for denial is no longer on the internet. The online planning record shows that the application was withdraw. • I request a copy of the document the Planning Official issued to deny this application. This stated the grounds for denial of the application. • Is it Planning Section’s policy to remove Planning Official’s decisions from the EPlan- Online Planning Search when a Planning Application is withdrawn?
