Could you provide me with a breakdown of all amounts paid by or on behalf of Leitrim County Council for the purchase, renovations, maintenance and repairs of the following five properties in the Oaklands estate, Carrick on Shannon: •13 Oaklands, •60 Oaklands, •61 Oaklands, •65 Oaklands and •73 Oaklands. 3. Could you provide me with a list of all residenal properes built by or on behalf of Leitrim County Council since January 2018, the price paid for the construction of those properties and a breakdown indicating the cost of each unit with reference to the number of bedrooms offered per property. This information should take the form: •1 bedroom dwellings [address] 'unit cost' •2 bedroom dwellings [address] 'unit cost' •3 bedroom dwellings [address] 'unit cost', etc., as applicable. 4, Could you please provide me with the figures for the amounts of any money allocated to Leitrim County Council's housing budget for the years 2022, 2023 and 2024 and with regard to 2024, could you please indicate how much of the housing budget for 2024 has already been spent as of the date of this request. With regard to expenditure of the budgets over the years 2022, 2023 and 2024, could you please indicate the amounts paid for the acquisition of properties, the amounts paid for the rental of accommodation, and the amounts paid for the purpose of renovations, maintenance and repairs of residential properties owned by or rented to Leitrim County Council. 5, With regard to construcon work paid for by Leitrim County Council, I would like to know the cost of the work done at the bus-stop outside the Avant Card building in Carrick on Shannon and the cost of the work being carried out by the River Shannon, next to the car-park across the road from the Landmark Hotel, Carrick on Shannon. 6, I noce that there is work being carried at the Leitrim County Council Offices in Carrick on Shannon. Could you please provide a description of the various tasks being undertaken in those endeavours giving reasons for having the work done and indicating the cost of each task being paid by Leitrim County Council.
