1. Number of staff by job title within Fáilte Ireland that were issued with a work related credit or debit card in each of the years 2014, 2015 and to date 2016. The maximum limit on each card in each of the years, if any staff member who has access to a work related credit or debit card request that the limit on their card can be requested, if so the reason the request was sought. 2. Number of types of cards that were used in those years e.g.: Visa debit card, MasterCard etc. 3. The frequency in which staff members with cards must provide valid receipts to ensure any costs incurred on the cards are strictly work related costs only. 4. If any staff member that has access to the cards during 2014, 2015 and to date 2016 ever incurred a cost that was for personal use. 5. The robust steps Fáilte Ireland takes if a staff member reports that the card they have been issued has been lost or stolen. 6. If staff members that have access to cards are permitted to bring the cards home at the end of the working day or must remain within the offices when that staff member is not present in the office.
