If it is necessary for any reason to redact any information, please redact the minimum necessary and send me the rest of the material, explaining the legal grounds for each redaction. Parliamentary Question: Eleven customer complaints were received in my Department since 2016. Two complaints were received in 2016, five complaints were received in 2017 and four complaints were received during 2018. No customer complaints have been received in 2019 to date. These complaints are not categorised, but nine of the complaints related to issues experienced with other Government Departments and the other two complaints related to content on my Department's website. Each complaint was investigated by the Customer Services Officer in my Department and the outcome was explained to the customer in each case. None of the complaints received progressed to the Ombudsman.
