Request: Tobin Consulting Engineers, are in the process of resubmitting an application to develop Lissinagroagh Wind Farm on behalf of FuturEnergy. The company stated that, following the preliminary design of the Lissinagroagh Wind Farm Project, layout and turbine locations, it is proposed that the project team will commence consultation initially with a list of bodies, in order to allow sufficient time for receipt of meaningful feedback. This request is made following the CRU's decision dated 26 June 2025 (Ref: FOI 21/25), and the subsequent internal review request submitted on 25 July 2025. EPUKI remains concerned about the lack of transparency surrounding the Services Agreement and its implications for market completion, public expenditure, and regulatory oversight. The information requested: Please provide a copy of the EirGrid memo of 19 December 2022. referenced in Record 5 of the CRU's schedule of records in its decision of 26 June 2025. EPUKI has not been able to locate in the disclosed materials the memo mentioned and notes that Record 5 associates the memo with the exercise of the CRU's direction to EirGrid to enter into the Services Agreement. EPUKI therefore asks that this and any other relevant records to its request be located and assessed for disclosure. EPUKI also asks for any further information from its request of 29 May 2025 that the CRU considers should be provided in better serving the public interest in section 36(3) FOIAM, where section 36(1)(b) has been relied on in the CRU's decision to refuse or partly grant information. EPUKI further requests that the CRU assess whether further information can be granted on the application of section 18 for each record identified. Otherwise, adequate justification should be provided where the application of section 36(1)(b)

I like to access the ''Freedom of Information'' request on Irish Water Limited that you may have. Commission for Regulation of Utilities, CRU, signed off on the Irish Water Limited plan for a Water PipeLine, 110 miles long. From Parteen Weir, Limerick to Peamount in Dublin. The Water Pipe Line would cost 2 Billion Euro +.which CRU said is Value for Money. The WATER when it reaches Dublin and is Pump into the Water Main Pipes in Dublin at LEAST 50% of the WATER will be lost after being Pump 110 miles. Dublin Water Mains are Antiquity, Corroded and LEAKAGE RATE is at 50%. How is this Value for Money ? Have CRU read Emma Kennedy ''The Kennedy Analysis'' on the Parteen Weir to Pemount PipeLine.? Her Logic, Reasoning is that the Pipeline is a ''FOLLY''. The Amount of Water Losted every Day could be Saved if the Water Main Pipes in Dublin Were REPLACED. ? And will have to be REPLACED.? Irish Water Predictions are not Correct. Water NOT LOSSED by Replacing the Water Main Pipes would be held in our Reservoirs and Water Treatment Plants. The Water Main Pipes in Dublin have to be REPLACED sooner rather than Later. Capital Investment in the Infrastructure ( Replacing Water Main Pipes) of 2 Billion + would be VALUE for MONEY.

What is the Thinking, Reasoning, Logic of CRU that the Water Pipe Line would be VALUE for Money. Dublin does NOT have a WATER SHORTAGE : Dublin has ECONOMIC WATER SCARCITY. Economic Water Scarcity is when : The Water Infrastructure, Technology Poor Management, Governance is INADEQUATE. In Ireland we have Economic Water Scarcity. High Leakage Rates, Brown Water coming out of Taps, Boiled Water Notices, Water Pressure Reduced, ETC. PHYSICAL WATER SCARCITY:Physical Water Scarcity is when there is not Enough Water in the AREA for the People or the Environment. Ireland has abundance of Rain Water. Do CRU believe that Irish Water Limited gets VALUE for Money when it advertises on TV,Radio, Newspapers and hour long TV Programme ? to tell the Irish People what a great job they (Irish Water Limited) are doing.???
