Details as to whether enforcement proceedings were pursued against the erection of the boundary wall at the site to the side of 1 Cloonmore Drive, Dublin 24. This site is zoned as OS and I note that planning permission was neither sought nor obtained to erect the boundary wall that surrounds this site. I also note this land was sold by SDCC! Furthermore I request all records pertaining to the sale of this land. 3. All records relating to enforcement reference S9154. This includes all emails that may have been deleted or recalled by staff. As a senior manager within a public sector office myself I am well aware that your IT department has the functionality to comply with this request. 4. All records relating to the failings of SDCC to publish a third party observation made to the planning portal until December 2023 under planning reference SD23A/0222 and all information relating to the errors contained within the signed Chief Executive's Orders dated the 31st October 2023. For context a decision on this planning application was made on the 31st October yet this observation was not published to the SDCC website until December 2023.
