I am applying under the freedom of information act 2014 for the following The OPW undertook a public survey of people's views on the current challenges at Castletown House and Estate. The survey was closed on 6th February 2024. ( Now over 1 year ago). I am requesting all costs for this survey (conducted in partnership with Systra). I am requesting the results provided by this survey in full. This is a public survey to which the public contributed and are entitled to the results/ costing involved.

In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I wish to make a request for documents concerning changes to the interior and the exterior of the Oireachtas Library and Reading Room from 2017. As part of this request, please include information regarding proposals or other communications made regarding changes in the use of or alterations to the Oireachtas Library and Reading Room in the year of 2017. This can include adaptations, proposals or communications made by the Houses of the Oireachtas Commission and its offices to the OPW since 2017. Also include: Please include all records and documentation that the OPW has access to in relation to these issues from the year of 2017. Any communications whether internal or external regarding approvals and permissions that the OPW received to make changes to the interior of the Oireachtas Library and Reading in the year of 2017. Any communication in relation to DCC Reg. Ref. 2537/17 in 2017. In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2014, please release copies of all the planning files and drawings from 2017 for the Oireachtas Library and Reading Room. This is a freedom of information request regarding the termination of the lease between the OPW and Three Ireland in respect of the communications mast which is situated at The Old Garda Barracks, Ballycastle, Co Mayo. THe OPW have terminated the lease with Three Ireland which has resulted in the complete loss of phone coverage for an entire community of 20 houses. Three Ireland are the sole providers in this area so this is indeed catraosphic on health and safety grounds. Under freedom of information please forward all documents, communications including e mails along with details and transcripts of all phonecalls and meetings held in your possession from the original siting of this mast right up to date to include everything including the termination of the lease. Likewise please forward all documents, reports, emails and transcripts of all phonecalls and meetings regarding the sale of this property. It is requested that the information is provided up to date at the time of your reply.
