Indicate the number of recipients whom full service has been awarded to, even, if it was beyond their nearest potential service age for retirement of 60 or 65 (whichever is applicable to their status) i.e., despite 40yrs being beyond their official retirement age they were not paid just to the nearest pensionable age but instead were awarded full pension.
